6-Month Consignment

  • Split: Category-based (most items 60/40, media 65/35)
  • Placement: Featured in shop displays with rotation for freshness.
  • Marketing: Social posts + eligibility for live stream features (YouTube/Facebook Live).
  • Event perk: 25% off vendor space at either Dark Art & Oddities Con, or Obscura Paracon (your choice).

12-Month Consignment

  • Splt: Category-based (most items 60/40, media 65/35).
  • Placement: Year-round presence with seasonal resets.
  • Marketing: Quarterly spotlight (social + optional live stream segment).
  • Event perk: 50% off vendor space at either Dark Art & Oddities Con, or Obscura Paracon (your choice).

Rare Relic Program

  • For: Human skulls, skeletons, large taxidermy, dark-celebrity relics, shrunken heads, etc.
  • Split: Negotiated for each relic
  • Showcase: Dedicated signage + heavy promotional focus.
  • VIP Perk: 2 VIP Passes (with lanyards) to choice of Dark Art and Oddities Con, or Obscura Paracon.

Museum-Quality Display

  • For: Statement pieces intended to attract visitors. (on loan for display / not for sale)
  • Recognition: Signage, social, and website credit as Curatorial Partner.
  • Optional thank-you: 25% to 50% vendor-space discount at one event.
  • Term: 6 month or 12 month agreement.
  • VIP Perk: 2 VIP Passes (with lanyards) to Dark Art and Oddities Con, or Obscura Paracon.

Categories & Splits

  • Original art, prints, jewelry, apparel, collectibles, oddities, metaphysical goods, pop‑culture horror merch: 60% consignor / 40% shop (negotiable up to 65/35 where appropriate)
  • Media (books, DVDs, CDs, zines): 65% consignor / 35% shop (negotiable up to 70/30)
  • Rare Relics: Negotiated case‑by‑case

Because our inventory is unique, we’ll negotiate when appropriate, but our defaults above keep things simple and fair.


What we need from you (before approval)

  • Application form (below) with photos/samples
  • Initial drop-off: At least 5 items, up to 30 SKUs (we curate display)
  • W-9 tax form: Submit with application or after approval, required before we can pay you or display your items.
  • Pricing: You may suggest pricing; final retail is set in partnership with us

Payouts, discounts & policies

  • Payout schedule: Monthly on the 15th for prior month’s sales (minimum $10 to trigger payout).
  • Payment methods: Square (if supported), PayPal, Venmo, or check. Transfer fees are the consignor’s responsibility.
  • Storewide discounts: May apply and are shared proportionally between shop and consignor.
  • Loss/damage/theft: As stated in your agreement (default: items remain at consignor’s risk unless otherwise agreed).
  • Curation & replenishment: We rotate stock and will contact you for replenishment when items sell through quickly.
